Tipsy Experiences was founded in 2023 by industry veteran Jason De La Nuez. Based in Miami Florida, Jason has held various roles within the beverage and hospitality industry leading the acceleration of many luxury wine & spirits brands.

Throughout his career, Jason would host many intimate and private wine & spirits experiences with the basis of tasting BLIND. Tasting wine & spirits blind promotes curiosity, fuels conversation, heightens sensory levels and most importantly, removes all pre-conceived notions of what’s in the bottle.

“Wine & spirits can be complicated enough as it is, let people determine what they truly experience in each glass without influencing their senses or emotions and then surprise them at the end!” says Jason.

His passion towards guests' engagement when they taste wine & spirits without seeing the labels has given birth to a new kind of experience around hosting tastings.

A graduate of the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Jason has certifications in Court of Master Sommeliers Americas and WSET.

Jason currently serves as the Executive Director of Slainte Wines Inc, the leading wine & spirits broker for the Cruise Lines & Duty-Free channel.
